Adams Rite 3080 Series Entry Trim provides outside activation for doors with Adams Rite exit devices or deadlatches. The 3080E Series Electrified Entry Trim uses a continuous duty solenoid, which enables remote activation of the locking function of the trim without unlatching the exit device on the door, making this trim great for stairwell and fire door applications.  

Pairing the 3080 Series Entry Trim with an Adams Rite 8800 Rim Exit Device allows you to choose your upgrade from mechanical to electrical: Upgrade either by pairing a 3080E Series Electrified Entry Trim with a mechanical 8800 Rim Exit Device OR by keeping mechanical 3080 Series Entry Trim and adding an electrified option to the 8800 Rim Exit Device.
